Fees to Vendors;

Sales fee – sole agency – 2% includes VAT of the final completed sales figure

Following equation is based on a final sales figure of £300,000.00
(£300,000.00 x 2% = total fee £6000.00)

Sales fee – multi agency – 3% includes VAT of the final completed sales figure

Following equation is based on a final sales figure of £300,000.00
(£300,000.00 x 3% = total fee £9000.00)
