Fees to landlords;
Letting only – 10 % includes VAT of the rent for the contract term
Following equation based on a 12 month tenancy agreement
(rental income for the term = £500.00 per week x 52 weeks = £26,000.00 x 10% = total fee £2600.00)
Letting and full management fee – 16% includes VAT of the rent for the contract term
Following equation based on a 12 month tenancy agreement
(rental income for the term = £500.00 per week x 52 weeks = £26,000.00 x 16% = total fee £4160.00)
Fees to tenants;
Tenant fee - £120 includes VAT per tenant, for the referencing, credit checking and contract preparation.
Guarantor fee - £120 includes VAT per guarantor, for the guarantor processing, credit checking and preparation of the guarantor deed.
Contract renewal fee - £240 includes VAT per tenancy, for the preparation of the new tenancy agreements.
Deed of assignment fee - £240 includes VAT for the preparation of the deed of assignment.
Check in and Check out inventory fee - £135 to £215 includes VAT, for the preparation of the inventory, cost will depend on the size of the property
