- Independent tenant reference & credit history check

- Tenancy agreement
- Collection of first month’s rent and security deposit (usually six weeks rent)
- Ensure that all deposits held by us comply with Government legislation
- Independent inventory report & check-in
- Renewal of tenancy negations and preparation of renewal tenancy agreements
- Full management (if required) which involves monthly rent collection from tenant and subsequently forwarded to landlord with monthly statements, periodic inspections, general maintenance, renewal negotiation of tenancy agreement or exit checking out and finding new tenants with a minimum vacant period.
